Eveready flashlight holder

This clip is designed to mount a flashlight on a rail, pipe, or similar structure so that the user will have both hands free to work. This design includes a joint that allows the user to adjust the angle.
The development of fiber optic and LED technology has permitted the invention of much more convenient and flexible work lights, and this model seems to have gone out of fashion even before then.
