Butter worker

Freshly churned butter is not quite ready for the table; it is still too liquid due to excess buttermilk, and if you want the butter salted, the salt needs to be mixed evenly throughout the batch. The paddle wheel, when cranked, squeezed out the excess buttermilk as it mixed salt into the fresh butter.
