Meet the Artists:

Date: Select Saturdays starting June 26 to August 14
Time: Varies- Check Schedule
Location: Museum on Main
Most of the artists in the Stitching California exhibit are part of the Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA) organization. We are so grateful they are, because SAQA has agreed to provide docents on select Saturdays throughout the exhibit's run time at the museum. These SAQA docents will all be artists who have work featured in the exhibition. They will be in the gallery ready to talk about their work and answer your questions. For a full list of the SAQA artists and when they will be here, click here!

The exhibit is touring though Exhibit Envoy, but was originally created by Karen and Katie at the Grace Hudson Museum in Ukiah. Karen Holmes will speak about the jurying process and what she looked for in making a well-rounded exhibit and Katie Pasquini Masopust will discuss the various techniques and innovations seen in the over 40 works of fiber art in the exhibition.

Please join us virtually as we hear from these two talented women and take a closer look at the Stitching California exhibit and art work. Click here for more details!
